In his 20+ years of consulting experience, Puneet has worked with leading local and multinational organizations across more than 25 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. Puneet has worked extensively in areas of Talent management, HR transformation, rewards strategy, variable pay design and talent Assessments. He has also advised organizations on HR audits, managing people issues in mergers and acquisitions, and compensation outsourcing.

Lewis is Partner and business leader for Mercer’s Employee Experience Practice in the International region. Voted a top 101 Global Employee Engagement Influencer, he is regular contributor to publications such as the Harvard Business Review and Talent Quarterly. In his commercial work, he leads a team of social scientists, engineers and consultants to help clients and customers implement data-driven talent, leadership and employee engagement programs to improve organizational performance.

Shanthi is a Partner and Mercer’s Business Leader for the Career line of business covering India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. She has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Consulting across India, Singapore and the USA. Her experiences include business and client management, project delivery, and thought leadership. Well known as a thought leader in India, Shanthi is often invited to speak at events held by industry and professional bodies, and she is also featured regularly in key business /media publications.
Ephraim Patrick, Talent Strategy Leader, Pacific
Ephraim is a Partner at Mercer managing clients and projects in the areas of people strategy, analytics and organizational performance in the Pacific and key member of the global Community of Practice. Before moving to Australia he was heading the EMEA HC Strategy practice and has developed and implemented workforce strategies and plans with HR and Business Executives in various industries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. He has 18+ years in HR management and consulting covering people strategy, planning and analytics, organization design, HR transformation, M&A and post-merger integration - on a local and global level. Before joining Mercer he was VP HR Strategy and Structure for a European multinational company.
